The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial (2023) is directed by William Friedkin and produced by Annabelle Dunne and Matthew Parker. It stars Kiefer Sutherland as Lieutenant Commander Queeg, Jason Clarke as defense lawyer Barney Greenwald, Jake Lacy as Lieutenant Stephen Maryk and Monica Raymund as prosecutor Lieutenant Challee, with Lance Reddick as Captain Blakely in one of his final performances. The story follows a tense naval court-martial where Maryk is accused of mutiny after taking command from his unstable captain during a violent storm, and the trial reveals questions of duty, leadership and justice.
